Will be responsible for tracking company’s financial performance against plan, analysing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports.
As an administrator you will be providing both clerical and administrative support to managers and professionals either as part of a team or individually.
You will be involved with the coordination, implementation and communication of procedures and you will frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing team and develop effective marketing strategies.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet company goals and manage the company's marketing budget
Strategic plan for the business and driving process improvements in product development and margin enhancement
Initiate digital transformation of channel and customer sales processes including marketing automation, customer data management, digitization of events and communication
You will be involved with the coordination, implementation and communication of procedures and you will frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks
Graphic Designing - The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Photography/Video making skills
SEO/SMO and website Activities -To ensure increased traffic to a website by developing content with appropriate keywords and phrases, periodically updating website, managing posts on all social medias
Content Writing - Create digital content , Proofread and edit blogs or posts before publication, preparing company ppts like training , induction, product PowerPoint ppt .Email campaigning , SMS marketing etc
ATL/BTL Activities - Engagement with PR agencies, promotional activities like wall paintings, road shows ,tradeshows, van campaigning
Organising and executing domestic and International Exhibitions, arranging farmer meets /Dealer meets at Pan India level, and annual conferences of the company
Target Oriented Lead Generation - To generate leads through various social media platform.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Head or similar role and preferably from Agribusiness background
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Minimum Experience of 5 years in digital marketing techniques.
